Capacity building trainings for journalists and outreach seminars for upcoming journalists in different Universities to inspire them to become professional journalists.
Promote continuous professional development through workshops, mentorship programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enhance ethical and professional journalism standards.
These aim at recognizing excellence in journalism and raising awareness of the tremendous contributions journalists make to foster development.
Part of PAMOJA’s mission is to promote journalism as a career for students. Accordingly, we welcome MassCom University-level students to apply for student membership, and upon entering the field,to convert to the appropriate membership category.
